Six-year-old Oscar dazzles with fantastic Irish dance.

Do you remember performing in front of hundreds of people at school’s Christmas and end-of-year parties? This is the case of Oscar Donnelly, a six-year-old boy from Scotland. Since he stopped crawling, his parents, Annie and Chris, have noticed him dancing all the time, and they have encouraged his inventiveness from the start.

Something about his passion for dancing made them believe it may be his destiny. He not only possessed tremendous talent, but he also had a strong desire to dance. Will he be able to travel far? They had no notion that years later, he would be able to show himself on British Got Talent. Instead than focusing on modern dance genres such as hip-hop or jazz, Oscar was more interested in traditional Irish dance.’

It was the ideal opportunity to commemorate his heritage while pursuing something he was enthusiastic about.Oscar’s talent grew over the years. He became well-known among Irish dance experts. Before everyone knew about Oscar’s skills! So, when Oscar’s parents learned about the Got Talent tryouts, they knew his son had to participate. Oscar got the perfect opportunity to shine on stage and exhibit his talent. But how would he do it on such a large stage crowded with people?
