Just moments ago, actress Riley Keough, granddaughter of Elvis Presley, was visibly emotional as she recounted the final thing her late mother, Lisa Marie Presley, ever said about the King of Rock ’n’ Roll.

Speaking on stage during a tribute event in Nashville, Riley’s voice trembled as she described a conversation Lisa Marie had shared with her — one that had haunted and inspired her for years.

“She told me,” Riley began, pausing to hold back tears, “that the last night she saw him, she had a feeling… a sense that something wasn’t right. She said she wished she had held him longer that night. And that’s something I carry with me — the reminder to never take a moment for granted.”
