Britain’s Got Talent viewers fawn over the 96-year-old candidate and her wonderful voice

BGT viewers couldn’t control themselves over the cute Nora Barton, who walked out onto the stage with her kid to show off her incredible voice.

Fans of Britain’s Got Talent discovered a new addiction last evening when 96-year-old Nora hit the stage.

Nora, who appeared with her daughter Pam to play the piano for her, immediately grabbed the audience’s hearts and received a standing ovation from all four judges for her belting performance of The Loveliest Night of the Year.

“She’s sung for people all her life,” Pam stated.

Nora’s voice immediately impressed the audience, who cheered her on.

“She’s into it now, isn’t she?” observed in December.

Alesha was also impressed, telling Nora following her performance, “Once a showwoman, always a showwoman!”

Nora gave it her best.

“I truly appreciated the entire show. It was absolutely charming!”

“You’re a really remarkable person,” David said. “Because you’re full of life, laughter, and love. At the age of 96, you have just amused the entire nation.”

“It was a very special audition,” said Amanda, who was on the verge of tears. “You’re a generation that this country is built on.” Excellent work, and thank you.

The judges were thrilled and gave Nora four yes votes.

Simon even joked that he didn’t enjoy the performance before saying, “I loved you!”

Needless to say, fans at home were smitten with Nora, too.

Someone wrote, “Right. I already love Nora.”

“Aww, Nora,” another tweeted. “What an angel!”

A third yelled, “Give Nora the Golden Buzzer!”

A fourth gushed, “I wasn’t emotionally prepared for Nora! #BGT.”

“GO ON, NORA!” Another person exclaimed, “96 years old and singing like that—what a woman!”

Another revealed that the performance had brought them to tears: “How lovely was that on BGT.” Nora with her daughter, Pam. “Brought tears to my eyes.”
